Because our merch is custom printed, we donāt accept returns or exchanges for:

Style, color, design preference
Before you order, double-check everything ā once itās in motion, itās in motion.
If Somethingās Not Right
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or flawed, thatās on us.
Hereās what to do:

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
Weāll make it right with a replacement or refund, no drama. Just give us some time to work with our printer. They're not as fast as half of Pearl Jam's songs.Ā
Shipping Issues
If your order gets lost or shows up looking like it survived an Eddie circa 1993 stage dive, let us know ASAP. Weāll work with our printer to get you sorted.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or not being picked up, we can reship it ā but additional shipping costs will apply.Ā
