Refund policy

All Sales Are Final (With a Few Exceptions)

Because our merch is custom printed, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Style, color, design preference

Before you order, double-check everything — once it’s in motion, it’s in motion.


If Something’s Not Right

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or flawed, that’s on us.

Here’s what to do:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery (ryan@giventoflytribute.com)

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, no drama. Just give us some time to work with our printer. They're not as fast as half of Pearl Jam's songs.Ā 


Shipping Issues

If your order gets lost or shows up looking like it survived an Eddie circa 1993 stage dive, let us know ASAP. We’ll work with our printer to get you sorted.


Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or not being picked up, we can reship it — but additional shipping costs will apply.Ā
